Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the following business day and are expected to arrive within 2 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
For postage, we offer Royal Mail second class 48 Hour Tracked delivery at a cost of £4.50. Orders received before 2pm should arrive within 2 working days. Please note that this cost is per order and not per item.

International Deliveries, Duties and Taxes.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by your local customs authority when the parcel arrives. These charges are your responsibility; Evie Bleu Boutique does not cover them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

If duties/taxes are not paid or a shipment is not collected and returned to us, the carrier’s return and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

You must comply with all applicable import laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable if these are not followed.
Returns from outside the UK.
Clearly mark the parcel “Return to supplier” (or similar) to prevent customs charges on returns. Any duties/fees we incur on incorrectly marked returns will be deducted from your refund.
Pricing.
Prices shown on our site are the same for all customers regardless of delivery country and do not include customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our returns policy extends to 14 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has elapsed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. For click-and-collect items, we have a 7 day refund or exchange policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain items such as gift cards and earrings are non-returnable. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
