Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns policy extends to 14 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has elapsed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. For click-and-collect items, we have a 7 day refund or exchange policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Certain items such as gift cards and earrings are non-returnable. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage and purchasing shipping insurance.
